AidanJai was selected for this role because of his strong organizational presence, leadership potential, competitive mindset, and natural ability to engage with students across multiple programs. Although he is newer to executive leadership compared to some senior members, he has consistently demonstrated initiative, reliability, energy, and a willingness to step into challenging environments. He has shown growth through competition experience, outreach participation, and collaboration with students across FLL, FTC, and FRC.

The Executive Director of Strategy & Engagement is responsible for helping strengthen the overall student experience, competitive preparation, team culture, and external representation of LCEC. This position serves as a bridge between team performance, student morale, and organizational professionalism.

This role is designed to help elevate the “FIRST Experience” within LCEC. The goal is not only to perform well competitively, but to ensure students feel connected, inspired, prepared, and proud to represent the organization. The Executive Director of Strategy & Engagement helps shape the culture, energy, and professionalism that others experience when interacting with LCEC.
