The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operational functions of the organization and helping ensure that leadership plans, meetings, projects, and activities are executed effectively. This role serves as one of the primary organizational support positions within LCEC and focuses heavily on coordination, logistics, accountability, workspace management, and operational readiness.

Ryan’s role is critical in helping transform leadership discussions and organizational goals into practical execution. While many leadership roles focus on planning, outreach, or strategic development, the Executive Director of Operations focuses on ensuring the organization functions efficiently on a daily basis and that systems remain organized, reliable, and sustainable throughout the season.

This position requires consistency, communication, situational awareness, and the ability to solve operational problems quickly while supporting students, mentors, and leadership teams across all programs.
