Jeremy Lee

Jeremy was selected for the role of Executive Director of FIRST because of his extensive experience, long-standing dedication, and deep understanding of the La Cañada Engineering Club and the FIRST community. Over the past five years, Jeremy has grown through multiple levels of the organization and has become one of the most experienced student leaders within LCEC. His knowledge of team operations, competition environments, organizational culture, and student development makes him an essential resource for both current leadership and the future growth of the organization.

Jeremy has consistently demonstrated maturity, commitment, professionalism, and a strong understanding of what it means to build successful FIRST programs beyond just competitive performance. He understands the importance of mentorship, organizational structure, team culture, leadership development, and maintaining the values of FIRST throughout all levels of the organization. His ability to communicate with students across FLL, FTC, and FRC allows him to help create stronger connections and continuity between programs.

The Executive Director of FIRST serves as the primary student leader responsible for supporting coordination, alignment, and long-term development across all FIRST programs within LCEC. This role focuses on ensuring that FLL, FTC, and FRC programs operate cohesively, maintain consistent standards, and continue developing strong pathways for student growth and leadership.

Jeremy will also serve as a mentor and advisor to developing Executive Directors and student leaders, particularly helping newer leadership members transition into larger organizational responsibilities. His experience and institutional knowledge will help provide continuity and guidance as the organization continues evolving into a larger and more structured leadership model.
